Radio 833 is Carbon Valley’s own locally owned radio station. When we say local we mean we live and work here. Why named Radio 833? If you have ever been to the Firestone Regional Sports Complex you will notice a sign that says “833 Strong”. 833 is in reference to most landline telephone number prefix’s in the Carbon Valley area.
